How do you set up Microsoft 365 email backup with Kiwi Backup?
1. Authorize the Kiwi Backup backup software to access your Microsoft 365 tenant from the administration interface.
2. Select the user accounts associated with this tenant that you want to back up.
3. Click on a contract in the "Contract management" tab.
4. Once in the contract of your choice, click the "Cloud to cloud" button at the top right of your interface, then select "Microsoft 365 emails".
5. Then select the email addresses you want to back up, and click confirm.
6. To view the backed-up emails, select the contract of your choice, then click "message" in the Microsoft 365 (Outlook) block.
7. The mailboxes of the various addresses you selected appear with all the backed-up emails.
Data restoration is unlimited, free and available at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the administration interface.
