Alexandre: optimizing storage and developing tomorrow’s compatibility

Alexandre joins the team as a back-office developer. His role lies at the heart of the software’s technical operation, with a clear objective: improving the performance and reliability of internal processes.

In particular, he will work on:

  • optimizing storage and backup processing,
  • continuously improving performance (deduplication, scan speed, volume management),
  • developing new products and new compatibility to broaden the range of supported environments.

Thanks to his work, IT administrators will benefit from a solution that is more efficient, faster, and even better suited to hybrid or evolving infrastructures.

Geoffroy: a new administrator interface designed for users

Geoffroy, a front-end developer, is in charge of the complete redesign of the administrator interface. This major development aims to simplify backup management and make navigation more intuitive for IT teams.

His priorities:

  • modernizing the look and usability of the interface,
  • improving the readability of key information (alerts, data volumes, backup status),
  • streamlining everyday actions to reduce daily management time,
  • providing a better-structured environment, focused on administrators’ needs.

This new interface, currently being designed, will give IT service providers and CIOs a clearer, faster view of the status of their backups.

An investment that serves users

The arrival of Alexandre and Geoffroy marks an important milestone for KiwiBackup: strengthening the technical teams to support innovation over the long term.

These hires are part of an overall effort to improve the administrator experience and develop features that are ever more robust and suited to today’s security and performance challenges.

At KiwiBackup, we believe that reliable software depends as much on technology as on the talent that builds it. With this expanded team, we continue to move forward alongside IT service providers, CIOs, and everyone who needs a sovereign, scalable backup solution that is easy to administer.

Before long, you will discover what they have been preparing for you…
