These Terms of Use apply to all demo accounts created independently by users on the Kiwi Backup website, as well as to demo accounts created manually by the Kiwi Backup team at a user's request.

Creating a demo account involves the following steps:

  • Submitting the form containing the information required to create the account automatically (choice of the Kiwi Cloud or Kiwi Santé backup platform, last name, first name, company and email)
  • Account creation on our demo environment, hosted under the same conditions as the Kiwi Cloud and Kiwi Santé platforms and offering the same features
  • Receipt of an email from no-reply@sauvegardes.org to complete the account opening by validating your credentials within 48 hours
  • Receipt of a welcome email providing access to all the documentation you may need and explaining how to install the backup agent on your workstations.

Please note: for backups to work, outbound port 4443 must be open on your firewall.

Online backup Terms of Use - Features

The demo account has the following features:

  • Maximum volume of 25 GB
  • No limit on the number of installed workstations, within the overall volume limit of 25 GB
  • No limit on the number of installed Cloud-to-Cloud instances, within the overall volume limit of 25 GB
  • Usage period limited to 1 month, renewable once on request
  • Access to technical support (03 89 333 885) and sales support (03 89 333 888) throughout the testing period

Online backup Terms of Use - User obligations:

  • Backing up health data on a Kiwi Cloud demo account is prohibited
  • As this is a demo account, the data will be deleted after the tests. It is in no way a long-term backup. Kiwi Backup cannot be held liable for any loss of data following the deletion of the demo account.
  • If applicable, it is possible to convert your demo account into a permanent account, provided this is requested before the end of the trial period
